Some things I've learned:

Don't be honest, it will bite you on the ass every time.

Some people like to think that "business as usual" is the same as "normal business"

No matter how many times you contact someone and try to keep a deal straight, even if you did not instigate the deal.... It is your fault if the deal goes bad... The other guy said so, so it must be true.

Sarettah, there are a lot of cockholsters in this industry. As the industry goes down ( and lets not kid ourselves it is) it will force more and more people to become cockholsters. When times are tough people tend to start playing games...

I have seen it a lot the past 4 months.... it is shameful to see.... but nevertheless reality.
