A drop charge dialer charges the person a one time charge instead of a per minute charge

ADS http://www.adultdialersolution.com can do drop charges in the US and also a £1 drop charge in the UK.. theres also some new drop charges available in Belgium and quite a few of the Scandinavian countires.. about 30 euro single drops I believe.
