I wonder WHY I got Napoleon's coin struck in 1812, the year he attacked Russia and lost his ass?
was it a hidden message?
;-))

Thanks again, guys!

By this time past few years, my office was filled floor to ceiling with gifts. This year just a few so far. Either I have few friends, or people are not spending $.

Or maybe both!

How many gifts are you sending this year compaired to past years?

Lots of cards.... many of them not even signed by principals....

Not sending out anything, no cards, no nothing. Simply do not have the time, even if I did, not sure I would spend the $.

But I will take you to dinner anytime for what it is worth!

With 8 days left 'till Christmas, there are still unadopted kids on PattyeCake's list. First year it's gotten this close to the wire, and after talking to her tonight it looks like this will be the first year that all of the kids aren't adopted. :(

People (and businesses) are definitely scaling back the expenditures. Heck, I'd be happy with an Amazon gift certificate. :)
