I actually comply with all of the requiremewnts of the new law.

So what are US hosts going to do , are they gonna welcome me with open arms?

Surely action from spamhaus ,spews and spamcop will all be illegsal in restraint of trade.

These fucks at the spamhaus etc.. get around business interference laws because they arent actually the ones doing the blocking. According to them they are just publishing a list of ip ranges that they refuse to accept mail from and the individual sysadmins are welcome to use it or not. So technically they're just publishing a list of ip's and then the sysadmins using them are boycotting your provider.

I would do , no problem at all.

I am not a proxy stealing spammer never did that.

I operate legitimately from banks of servers.
The fact is doing it that way is and has been WORSE than just going through proxies.

It means:

a) I can be found
B) my IPs are blocked
c) and I have a physical presence to annoy and harrass.

By discouraging spam sent from "legitmate" mailers I believe these antispam orgainisations have worsened spamming.

Why?

The best way to get your mail in ,is through socks.
More sales (GREATLY more sales)

So why have the expense of banks of mail servers hosted somewhere if you can get a better return by hitting socks on your dsl or cable modem from the back bedroom.

I am careful in what I mail.I don't push the envelope at all.

Socks mailing can be more anonomous.You can hide.

Not only worsened spamming ... but the blocks are worse than spam (the cure worse than the disease.) Over-zealous domain and IP blocking and other filtering have totally screwed up doing biz by email. It's ridiculous.

So, I'm really interested in seeing which hosts adjusts price and offers decent uptime. I imagine some of the companies that weren't quite large enough to get pink listed setups but have capable facilities will step up to the plate and take on some responsible mailers for a nice tidy 200%-300% profit on usual average server lease prices.

Sounds like a good opportunity for some of the adult hosts. I'm sure a lot of mailers would like to stop mailing from small outfits in Xao Mi ho, China.
