peoples interest would probably depend on what company you are. adult companies are a dime a dozen and fly by night operations come and go everyday.

anyone can rent a mail box in the San Fernando Valley :)

Reminds me of a mianstream start up that was getting into porn last year...
Hellpuppy qand I had to sit thru a meeting on sexual harassment as the chick across the table was rubbing my leg with her bare foot while her boyfriend was setting next to me.

We kept on telling em they had no clue...sexual harassment policy in an adult entertianment based company.

Of course they liked to have whiteboard meetings and put things in MS Project too.

I'm betting you have a few of your own to share!! :rokk:

This reminds me of the Simpsons episode where Bart and Homer are sitting at a campfire. Bart has a flashlight under his face, and you hear the end of the story. "... and that's how much it will cost Maggie tuition for college when she grows up." And Homer is there all palipating and stuff. :P

The job description does indeed suck.

If you have those skills already, no need to work for someone else. I have met some people with hardly any of those skills and they still manage to make some money. You nearly had to be mildly retarded to not make money in this at one time.

That shit is funny.

Serious question.

How much does a guy make who sits around and plays with his balls on camera?

Do you really interview people for that job?

I dont know exactly how much they make, but the "better" they are, the more they make.

The people running the studios do "interview" them. I sure dont.

Looking for a side-line?

Nah. I would generate many chargebacks.

I was just curious if they get a per hour wage or a percentage of what they can generate.

studios usually pay a flat rate.

independent cam-folk make percentages.

ifriends, tricams, etc all pay models a %, but the studios full of employees getting nude on cam are paid a flat rate. they have studios like this all around here. room after room of cam people sitting on cam all day being paid 30+ an hour to sit type, and dildo fuck themselves.

its a regular job ad in the paper heheh

Probably it is, but still my argument stands for the specific job description.

* Excellent writing ability.

A degree doesn't auto-qualify you. Additionally excellent writing skills are only good for Press Releases in this industry. If you plan to do business in a strictly formal way you have lost the game.

If you check the rest requirements you can see that no bachelor, mba, phD can guarantee them.

I would seek for past experience and industrial connections.
