Even so it's not unheard of for people to work two seperate places especially if they aren't in direct competition...

Its not that, its just that usually, when you just launched a project, the first thing you do is not look for employement...

Actually, it's project that has been going on for many months... and It's tough, maybe impossible to run a successful site when not everyone involved is performing their duties...
