I like the seclusion, but the underground thing would drive me up the wall. I need windows, trees, grass and sky.

But I WOULD like the number of whomever buys it. Just...in...case.... B)

I know a guy that bought a old Lockhead building, had 6' thick walls, no windows, had a monirail system inside, over head cranes all kinds of stuff.
Think he paid 150K for it. Right in the middle of Silcon Valley.
