Lee Noga Subpoenaed in Confucy Case

This is what I found on Leenoga.com. She obviously didn't read all of Confucy's rantings here on Oprano, or she would know what this was about.

Confucy Sued
Today I was served a supeona for some stuff, and over on Oprano it seems they [Plaintiffs] served Confucy as well. Have no idea what it is all about, but something about slander strikes me as the cause of the plaintiff to sue Confucy in small claims.

Kevin Mitnick/Darci Woods vs. Confucy [real name withheld].

Sheesh, I hate to hear of lawsuits, and its a shame all parties could not have worked it out and avoided all the legal crap.

I've never understood why Lee has always backed C up. She's the only webmaster I've seen do it. Maybe it's to be contrary, but surely Lee sees the damage C causes the industry and the boards with her bitterness and hate. :(

I bet that's true about Lee being glad we know it's not her, lol!

I've seen C attack on Lee's board also. Not anywhere NEAR as bad as she does here, Setgo and GFY (and before she got banned on Netpond), but she's incapable of posting and not being hateful. The only time I've ever seen her "nice" is in her passive agressive posts.

If nothing else, that subpoena seems to have shut her up. :P

I highly doubt it. I've seen your posts, you'd sue them in a fucking heartbeat. Like I said before, we tried to just ignore her for a almost a year now, and she just stepped up her assault, forcing us into litigation.

I highly doubt it. It's not just the boards.
Confucy has written to many reporters with "her take" of things and had these statements published in newspapers and on very large websites. She's also written to the FCC - was it 11 or 14 pages? - libeling Kevin left and right.
Then you've got all of the ham radio stuff...

Whenever, WHEREver Kevin is mentioned, Confucy is right there either slandering or libeling his name; online or offline.
Not to mention harrassing his family - remember the BS about calling his uncle and his grandmother, etc etc etc?

Hi all. We made the first part of the trip, and leave for Portugal in the morning.

Peaches, process servers don't have to be that detailed in California.

You guys see that she has posted the causes of action on LeeNoga.com. The only people who have that document are the court, us and the served defendant. We checked with the courts. You have to show ID and sign for a copy of the complaint. No one has done this as of close of business to day. She is lying when she said that someone went down to the courtroom and got a copy of the complaint, and then faxed it to her.
