Actually, i've found that unless i'im consuming HUGE amounts of alcohol, that unless I go out to a smokey bar i rarely get a real hangover, sometimes a little groggy for half an hour.. but thats it.

I'm convinced that 2nd hand smoke is the cause of my worst hangovers.

Agreed.

If you have a real bad hangover that prb. the thing that will make you feel really good right away.

Last year in Vegas at internext it was a bit hard putting down those martini's that Shaw was giving out in the morning after a rough day & night of drinking.

I'll still take em though.

Same here .. I think in a lot of cases the smoke does about as much damage as the booze.

Well, sometimes at least. But I do find that if I am at a no smoking bar, or at someones house drinking the hangover is not nearly as bad compared to the smoke filled nights. :hic:

The major cause of a hangover is dehydration, so have a Giant glass of water and a few asprin, not Advil or Tylenol, actual asprin and you'll be great in no time...

Of course you can do this before you passout as well and you will wakeup in much better shape!

You think YOU have the hangover from hell?! Welllllll, my bachlorette party was this past weekend. 12 girls, a limo, 8 bottles of champagne, and 100 jello shots to start the night, this is BEFORE we even left the driveway ;) I tried all night long to find that rockstar that I used to be, and the damn thing wouldnt come out and play with us :(

Oh well I had fun trying, and the pics to prove it :hic:

So far I'd have to agree with everyones advice as well.. Spicy food, water, more alcohol, etc. All good ideas. I had a hangover from hell yesterday all day and man did that suck. Lots of OJ, lots of protein-rich food and an early night were the cures. Today I'm a new man.... (Translate: Ready to Drink Again!) :stout:
