She's still avoiding service. Now, what in the world would make her do that? Remember how she said she would welcome a court action, so she could tell her side?

She's evading it, because she has lied to all of you about everything, and has no proof to substantiate any of her claims in court. Here we have given her a perfect opportunity to do so, and she is too scared to open the door for the sheriff and accept the papers. This is because she knows we have proof. We know she is aware of the case, because she has probably seen it here. Also, her neighbor was served last night as a witness. He knows that she is 62-years-old.

I know she is in town, because she tried my site from her Verizon DSL yesterday afternoon, only to be denied with a 403. I'll keep you guys informed of what's going on with the case.

Heck, I had to wait a month to get my propane tank refilled (thankfully I know to start asking at 30% :awinky: ) because they had hired a new guy and he wouldn't come down here and the old driver was on vacation. :P

They would have forced him down here had I been low. But I told them it wasn't as rush, since I was at 30%. And they gave me the rates at the date I requested service since they went up (which was REALLY why I ordered at 30%).

I was told there's is a note on my account that if I have a leak at night, I'm to get directions to the repair guy's house and me, the kid and the pets are staying with he and his wife until it's light outside, lol!

I use 2 serve serve people for one of ex-wives..

Ones that the Sheriff's gave up on.

I was GOOD, did it for free, I had fun, man they were surprised.

One guy was not home (back when that TV show Let's make a deal was on) so I told the kids that answered the door I have some tickets for Mr. So & so, they told what time he'd be home. got there about 15 min's past his time to get home. Bam his tickets 2 let's make a deal... I had a bunch of Diff. stuff I'd tell' em :)

She works with Lew Payne, hosting guru for Persian Kitty, as his partner. Lew Payne aka Lewis Depayne, is a convicted hacker that was Kevin's co-defendant and former hacking companion. The entire sordid mess can be found in a thread called "Confucy, is it true?" The thread is from about a month ago, but will show you how she lies and contradicts herself at every turn. You'll need about an hour and a half to read it. It is probably the longest thread ever, here on Oprano.

If it's that gas you were hauling around earlier, she'd have to come pick you up. That stuff was way to volatile and vile for me to haul in one of my vehicles. I'd have to put it and you out of the car before we even made it to I-575.

i thought lying and game playing stopped once a person graduated high school. if there is one thing i live by is always, always be honest for one can never, ever get in trouble for keeping it real. lying, deceit, all that shit does bite one in the ass and the bite is hard and deep.

i have been reading about all this. i dont know either kevin nor confucy but i did find the rants that this confucy was doing to be rather childish. now to find out she is a 62 year old woman; christ i hope i hope i dont have a breakdown during the latter part or at the end of my menopause phase.

girlgeek, i hope you and your b/f get the justice you deserve. there is a time and place for online bantering but all that i read.....well lets just say i thought she was a jilted ex wife or ex girlfriend to say the least.

good luck with your court proceedings and if anyone can learn anything from this is to never lie, never be deceitful and never air your dirty laundry in public (especially on a board where mounting evidence is so easily obtained).

Thank you for your comments, Cassie. I'm sure that there are many here who share your viewpoint, as not one person came forward and stated that Confucy was justified in any of her posts. I agree that they were juvenile and childish in every respect.

I do want to make one thing clear. We did not ask for this. In fact, after she wrote the letter trying to get Kevin's probation violated, we agreed that we would attempt to let it all go and just ignore her after his probation ended in January. That ended at the end of October when we discovered that she was STILL libeling and slandering us at every turn. Everyone saw here that she stated numerous times that this was an intentional act. We were forced by her actions, to come forth and defend ourselves against her outrageous claims.
