i am guessing that he got a little burned out posting so much and decided to give it a break for a while. there is only so much you can debate before it starts getting repetitive.

i am flying to Miami tomorrow and i will ask him so the mystery will be solved.

I'll tell you what happened. I lost so much weight that I couldn't find myself. Fortunately, it was the worst 40 pounds that were lost and all the good ones are still left.

I can still kick this guys ass --> :purpdance:

Wow Colin! I wouldn't have thought you had 40 pounds to lose. I've dropped 60 pounds and am no longer a member of the lardass club. Feels good to be thin again. It's nice to be able to walk instead of waddle.

Grats, man! It's an amazing difference, isn't it? What's the secret to your success?

I was 205 and am now 165 which is just about right for my height according to the standard Met Life table.

Holy shit!!!

You guys are doing great!

I've put on weight.The Krispy Kreme diet doesn't seem to work.But I'm going to stick with it for a little while longer.

In the movie "The Santa Clause" with Tim Allen, there's a point where he gets on the scale. It finds his weight and then the tenths of a pound just keep steadily climbing while he watches.

That's what I feel like. And I haven't had a Krispy Kreme in months!
