I'm telling you, once I vacuum packed those suckers, my need for finding immediate use for them has greatly diminished! I've had that sealer for a year or so and NEVER used it. Now I'm obsessed. I bought 10 pounds of ground round today that I'm going to freeze in 2 pound packets and I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Costco. :rokk:
