I explained to you in an email the reason I had to deny you an account. You are based in a country that is listed in our terms of service agreement as a country we cannot accept new accounts from at this time.

Dave, I didn't take it as an offence. I know you don't know me, etc. I just rereaded my response to you and I'm sorry if it sounded kinda harsh but I only said what I was going to do, nothing more. :)
