Wonder how many more lawsuits against adult companies will be coming out after the Nov 30 deadline passes.

one law suit is coming for sure...against the people who bought my house in NJ!

even though I sold it "asis",
they now BOTHER me with their stupid complains about not working dishwasher, leaks in the shower and other shit which was perfect one hour prior to the closing.

I instructed my NJ attorney to direct all the correspondences DIRECTLY to me.

after I am thru suing them, their lawyer, neibor across the street on whose lawn MikeW and Forest peed,
they wish they never bothered me with their nonsense

it seems that it might be wise for them to actually contact people they want money from by some means other than some glossy brochure with a 37 cent stamp on it.

The suit papers will probably come via certified (sign for it) mail or a knock on the door.

Im gonna sue you for slander if you dont quit saying i was peeing on the lawn with mike
