It involves streaming video and audio. Does streaming live cams or live feeds also get wrapped into this?

nope...they do not claim LIVE as part of their patent, as far as I know

The patent itself doesn't cover live streams, but don't tell Berman that. On D$'s show he was "unsure" whether live stuff was covered or not but said that it probably was. :rolleyes:
