Sucks to be them. Acacia dropping steadily as investors get wise to the situation. Acacias parent company plummeting today on more bad news.

Yeah I think that is accurate. Someone mentioned that the business plan is to make as much money as they can until the patent is overturned. It is almost like gambling....

almost like gambling?

i would say its almost like stealing.

Acacia is a group of attorneys spending 40 million of shareholders money to recover thousands. They get to steal the money and make it legal by sending an invoice.

Its a lot like someone stealing your signups while promising you signups and then sending you an invoice for the signups they stole.

The other day Mike was posting (in jest) about selling $10 bills for $8 ...

That would actually be a smaller loss than what you said about Acacia spending shareholder millions to collect thousands! Scary!!

It's probably been done already. :D

sort of like when i used to send signups to dollarmachine/python and then check my stats only to see that their fees for chargebacks were equal to the amount that i had earned.

It's so strange that Acacia Research-Acacia Technologies (ACTG) is worth $6.13 while Acacia Research CombiMatrix Corp (CBMX) is worth $3.72

A parent company worth less then a subsidiary?
