The spokesman said there was evidence to show the gunfight took place while both vehicles were moving. He did not know if the shooters knew each other, if it was an extreme case of road rage or if there was any other motive.

I see people waving fists at folks all the time driving on the freeways here in Southern Calif. The other day I swear some guy was trying to pass some dude and seriously started tailgating the guy and damn near trying to run him off the road, or at least into the side of the freeway wall.
