Gabe and I have decorated the house with all sorts of scary stuff and we even made a small haunted garage so that the kids can come in and get the candy:)

In other words we will be dressing up and scarying the kiddies!

Living in a semi-retirement community AND located where even the new driver at the gas company won't come to my house to refill my propane tank, I'm not expecting any Trick or Treaters. :( I always enjoy seeing the little kids. My brother's not taking his 1 year old this year, but will next year, so I'm going to camp out at their house and play. :)

.... at our house - hub will be taking the kids out trick-or-treating (daughter is a witch, 4 years running - lol & son is Scream) and I will be staying at home (with my black cat costume) to hand out the candy to the trick-or-treaters. In our neighborhood someone has to stay and hand out the candy - OR ELSE. Our neighbors last year got egged because they weren't home to hand stuff out. :blink:

So... we know better! lol

That's the bad part about being in a nice neighborhood... they drive kids in from the "other" areas of town in by vanload! I have to buy 5 100-count bags of candy each year and I usually keep a bag of Smarties/Tootsie rolls as a back up!
