I see Puff Daddy was running one in South America. I was thinking of turning my office into a sweat shop to increase profits. Anyone know where I start, other than turning the heaters up to 88?

Can you run a sweat shop in the US?

A friend of mine has teddy bears and baskets made in one in china for his novelty gift baskets.
I'd do it for the money, but unfortunately I'm not mean enough.

Brad,
Do you have mics in our office or something? We were just talking about the sweatshops in the area.
I heard you can get some nice sweat shops in Garden Grove, Ca.

Mike,
Yes, they are all over the big cities, NY(chinatown) LA(chinatown)
Miami(all over), Chicago(all over), Fort Lauderdale(IceColdCash, dont
let the name fool ya)
Now, as for it being legal to do in the USA, Im sure you already know
the answer to that. :)
Hell no, not for a couple bucks more a week. Brad would have to
fork over some serious cash, Joe doesnt get off cheap with me,
but I make things happen and get possitive results.
BTW, the preceding is a joke.

Mainland China does not necessarily mean its a 'sweat shop'....
MANY business' there are run without regard to making a 'profit'.. but with regard to keeping people employed, and are State sponsored....
One company that sold plastic goods to the store I owned, explained this to me....getting people working was their priority.... and they were damn proud that all THEIR employee's owned their OWN bicycles.....
such is the depressed state of their economy....

Honestly fatbaby I'd be scared if they all owned their own cars... as tight as the space is over there, they'd be running 350 people down each day on their way back and forth to work.
