I have spoken with a few people who did not want to post information. But it is pretty clear to me Matrix Content is definately one of the companies giving information to Acacia.

Too many people have gotten their info packets at addresses that were only used for Matrix.

What I find worse then this, is the cockholsters are denying it in posts. The circumstantial evidence is overwhelming!!!

I will not be doing business with them anymore!!

Matrix is not the only company who is to blame for turning over lists.... I have seen strong circumstantial evidence of both CE and Babenet.

I made this post on GFY:

Not surprising, babenet has always been cockholsters.

Do you not find it ironic, all the of companies who have raped and pilaladged this industry from day one, who have used slash and burn sales techniques ( Why do we have the 1% rule from VISA?), and now even when they are out of business, they continue to fuck the average webmaster.

I have been preaching about this since 1996.... glad some people are starting to wake up!

Many of the people you morons idolzied, the "players" who have been fucking you and the surfer for YEARS, making millions while laughing at your ignorance, feeding you hype and free drinks at their players balls and other parties are the same ones who made the deals early with Acacia, and are laughing again.

These people are ACTIVELY working with Acacia.... it goes beyond webmaster lists.

Glad the GFY mob is finally waking up from their long sleep....

Oh come on Mike stop with the rabble rousing histrionics. Matrix Content is a content provider, the lowest rung on the Adult Internet food chain.
Content providers are the salt of the earth, they just wanna go about their business and make an honest dollar shooting pussy and selling photos for cheap so webmasters can make 100 times what they paid for with the content.

oh wait ............ receiving more information through my headset......... this cant be true can it? Matrix Content had its snout in the trough of the Babenet scam? A lowly content provider in cahoots with the largest scam operation on the Adult Net? I BET THEY WERE TRICKED INTO DOING BUSINESS WITH BABENET!! PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE NOT SMART PEOPLE, THEY ARE CREATIVE AND GUILELESS. I THINK BABENET SOMEHOW COERCED MATRIX CONTENT INTO PARTICIPATING IN THEIR SCAM, NO WAY WOULD A CONTENT PROVIDER, OF ALL PEOPLE, RUN A CELEB SITE PROFITING OFF COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS NOT BELONGING TO THEM! THEY WERE BAMBOOZLED SURELY!!! HEAVEN TO MURGATROID, POOR MATRIX CONTENT, SOMEHOW THOSE BABENET SCOUNDRELS BROKE INTO THEIR COMPUTERS AND STOLE THEIR CLIENT LIST OF WEBMASTERS! SCULDUGGERY!

Therefore being easier to push around in my opinion. They also have complete lists of people that buy video and the new audio stories that they're selling...

Sometime 2 + 2 does equal 4

Matrix aside.. the following companies HAVE YET TO SPEAK on this MAJOR ISSUE on the boards... they've remained TOTALLY SILENT:

Wicked Pictures
Scorescash
CECash
Traffic Cash Gold - TCG (Dellwood Holdings)
New Frontier Media <--listed on their site

None of these people have spoken up to defend themselves... why not?

Their silence is deafening

Squirt, you'll kinda notice something between the companies that come to the board and try to convince you they didn't give info, and the companies that don't even bother to give you an explanation.

It's called need.
The ones that come to the board are either relatively new or still in a position where they are dependent on their base of affiliates. They can't afford to have a bunch of folks stop sending them traffic.

But companies like CE? TCG? Pffft...
3/4ths of the webmasters at GFY could boycott CE and they'd still be raking in money hand over fist, and they know it.

Besides, what is worse:
- being accused of handing over info
- coming to the board and admitting to handing over info
- denying handing over info and having dozens of people prove you're lying

It's best for them just to keep quiet and leave people wondering. These companies are so large that they feel they don't *need* to answer to the webmasters... and like it or not, they're right. :(

You don't need proof or any type of response from a sponsor to make your decision over whether you're going to send traffic to them or not. Look at your business, look at the reliability of their checks arriving in your mailbox, look at the total after the Bic is done... and in the end, you either make a business decision or a gut decision. Honestly, would anything they say make any difference anyway? Probably not, you probably wouldn't believe them. So don't worry about it, just do what ya gotta do. :)

Welcome to Oprano, btw!

Matrix was the only company with my home address. Got a letter today in my home mailbox. Bastards.

The letter I saw today, came addressed to a name ONLY used in the Matrix Content registration....

I'm sure it's 'circumstantial', tho....

I'll find out next week if I received one. I've never bought Matrix content and my CE account hasn't been used in years. Talk over at GFY is that addresses may have been gleaned from Internext, but AFAIK, no one scanned my badge.

It's becoming veddy interesting.......

We received one today Peaches, so the letters have officially made it to Georgia.

Someone else picked up the mail after hours. So, I haven't had the letter, packet or whatever it is in my hot little hands yet to analyze how it was addressed.

I haven't talked to GonZo today to see if he received one.

Pretty safe bet if you get one it's going to show up at whatever address you list when signing up for certain affiliate programs or content providers.

Exactly! How many addresses are the average webmasters using? Home, office, a P.O.Box? That's a 1 in 3 chance at best for most.
Btw, Carrie is right also. :okthumb:

My domains are attached to a box.

My sponsor checks go to a box.

My advertising checks go to a box.

ONLY with content providers, because of shipment of tangible goods, do they have the home address.

My Acacia letter went to my home.

Matrix may or may not be the only content provider who settled, but they are the only content provider listed on the Acacia send-out.

Connect the dots.

NLB from Matrix has asked folks whose information could *only* have come from Matrix to contact him, he is claiming that they did not give out information and their database must have been stolen.
At this point he's trying to prove that it was his database that was used, don't know what he plans to do after that.

the information was stolen and used?! GTFO, that has to be the biggest pile of horse shit ive heard in sometime.. who would steal that list? and how?

so we are going to belive someone stole that information and sold it to them to use? wouldnt that give all of us who was served a reason for a counter suit?

I wouldn't do business with them because they continually spam me. I've never bought from them; so they must harvest emails from somewhere...

I'm with you on this one. There's no way that a group of lawyers would risk what they consider to be a cash cow by purchasing stolen property. That would come out in court and then they'd be facing criminal charges.

Someone *gave* the list to them.
