I'm under a self imposed restriction to keep sharp knives out of my immediate presence (I have several scars from my clumsiness - in addition to those where I've burned myself on ovens/stoves....), but I do have a damn set of Ginzu knives I bought 10+ years ago that cut everything I need cut. I think I paid $15 for everything, lol! :okthumb:

My mom ordered some Ginsu knives when I was a kid... probably 25 years ago. They still work perfectly...

As a matter of fact, just the other day I needed to cut a tin can and an old shoe. Piece of cake... Thanks Ginsu! :okthumb:
