View Full Version : CCBill stats are fuckified, missing days?

Anyone else having problems with their ccbill stats/reports still? My stats are all messed up as of the "upgrade" early yesterday, the transactions are in there if you dig for them but looking at a weekly overview displays many days of this week missing entirely, like the reporting system script has forgotten how to add all of the sudden... it looks like 2-3 days of transactions arent showing up out of the entire week. Im out of the country so I cant call them on the phone, and havent heard back from emailing support... anyone else seeing this problem with the admin?

:headwall:

Might I suggest Epoch and Jettis?

Thinking about it, but just curious if the corrupt reporting is a known issue in the ccbill admin at the moment, Im laid over in an airport and it sucks that my reports are all messed up, dont think Ive ever seen this problem before, been using ccbill for almost a year now.

I'm not able to run accounting reports right now, which sucks since I'd like to go to the bank. However, problems with CCBill are rare, so I'll cut them some slack.

Gonzo the Visa process is frustrating - we were held up with Purecash because of it. If it were a Jettis issue, I would give them a call or you... but they cannot do anything either.

Richard, are you seeing the same issue then? Your weekly report being very wrong, a couple entire days missing? At our end it looks like the 8th and 9th transactions are totally MIA, but we can pull up the subscriptions in question if we do a "Lookup" using the subscription ID number.

I also heard a rumor that there's a company that does check processing - and JUST check processing, has been doing it for years and is the best....wish I could remember the name of it.....

Ok, reports seem normal finally, the whole weeks transactions are showing in the admin system now... very nice to see before getting on my flight. On a side note, has anyone else noticed problems with the automated emails ccbill sends out this last week, like new signup notifications never arriving? I thought we were getting no signups but ended up finding that we had many, but no "notification" emails generated... just us, or others as well?
