John Zuccarini is currently incarcerated in US Prison under the new Amber Alert legislation. This legislation clearly attacks the First Amendment Protection for Internet useage. If anyone is interested in assisting Mr. Zuccarini's defense and bail please contact his attorney Christopher A. Grillo, Esq. (954) 524-1125

to be politically correct -
he had constitutional protections,
but....he played with fire,
he profited from the fire,
now he got burnt...

he'd be better off redirecting the misspelled domains to
http://childpornography.com

I'd throw money for his defense if he did...

According to the GOVT he had about $1.8million (all now frozen). I know many people who have made much more. Of course, he could be hiding $, but I do not think he is that smart.

It is nice to see all the educated people that believe everything they read in the news. Zuccarini did nothing more that any other web profiter. His traffic profited the websites where he directed traffic.
Zuccarini also fought the government to protect the free speech on the internet. Funny thing is that every time Zuccarini was forced to give up his domain name some on else was in line to register that same "misspelling" web site.
Everyone on the internet should be aware of the Amber Alert Legislation since anyone could be accused of directing children to a web site with pornography by spamming email or any other advertisement that could potentially have persons under 16. This legislation is the third attempt by the government to impede the first amendment on the internet and as it relates to pornography. If no one wants to help Zuccarini that is fine but you all need to be aware of this government trend. :salute: :salute:

just to clear up some facts here
John Zuccini registeredalmost 20,000 trademark typo domains of kids brands like diskey, nickolodian, britney and anything else kids would search for and redirect them all to porn sites.

From what i've read he was living in Bahamas for over a year and came back to Florida where they arresed him in a hotel.

but i dont believe there was anything involving child porn from everything i've read.

That's bad enough, IMHO. Am I clueless or is this something that "any other web profiter" does as stated by PatientTrac?

BTW, Slav - are you getting my emails? :awinky:

Why in the world would any one with clear sense and judgement , spend money on domains that children would search for and direct them to a porn site? There is NO money there for Sponsors - but, then maybe he was getting paid fer click - if that was the case he was cheating a sponsor, willfully sending them underage traffic.

It still amazes me that anyone so stupid can make so much money. But, then I guess it is the case where 'all that matters IS the money.

I'll contribute to his defence when hell freezes over. To watch obvious kids sites redirected to porn. To have so many pop ups on a site the browsers crash. :grrr:

Frankly I'll pay a few bucks to the gov if they'll fry him.

Or better yet leave him in a room with some of the parents of the kids he traumatized.

And don't give me the crap about first amendment rights. If someone walked down your street flashing nude porno pictures at all the kids every one of you would be on the phone calling the cops. And screaming if they didn't prosecute. A forced redirect of a kid to a porno site is exactly the same.

Among those domains was pre-teensex.com -- redirected to a sponsor.

That is all I will say on that topic.

I do find it curious that a man living in the Bahamas would have all his money tied up in the states where it could be easily frozen.

Yes, we should create "self-proclaimed-victems.com" where we let people bitch and complain about the shitty choices they made and how it got them in trouble but that its not thier fault because it is so obviously a government conspiracy that has nothing to do with their own behavior.

we can let people donate through our site where we will just take a small commission.
