I need help deciding on a processor.
I love CCBill and I know the affiliates love them, but they scrub SO damn hard.
CECash is using Jettis... and I can't get MikeAI's warnings out of my head about FM's prior processors.
Then there's Epoch, I know next to nothing about them. Which could be a good thing, at least they're not getting trashed every day on the boards.
Recommendations? Things to consider?

I did hear from a good friend Peaches that WTS was the only check processor to consider :awinky:
So Nick, do you think they have good support or what? :agrin:
How is their scrubbing?

Carrie, we have accounts with every major processor. Epoch has the best throughput for us. We tried them all and they are the best right now. Support is excellent as well. Anytime I email them they get back to me in a few hours at the most. I wish Epoch had better affiliate stats but that's something you can add on your own anyway.

We go with a combination of Epoch and Jettis. Each has their place...
epoch is the cc processor of choice over here as well..
best tech support and installation manuals..
wts for checking..

(Yeah, OK - it was tacky - but I did it anyway. :awinky: )
I use epoch as primary, and cc-bill as backup, and have no complaints.
