When Kevin got out of prison, he wanted to live in Las Vegas near his mother and grandmother because he thought he might need money and assistance, and he thought the probation department might be more flexible. As it turned out, the Las Vegas Probation people told Kevin things he didn't want to hear so he got scared and got permission to move into his father's condo in the Los Angeles area. He had told me his father was a flaky bastard and never gave him any money for his defense fund and that he didn't want to see his father again. As soon as Kevin needed help, he started social engineering his father and moved in with him.

The father got very sick and Kevin said he was taking care of him. What bullshit. Kevin has never taken care of anyone...ever! He wanted to get sympathy from the hams. It was all lies. Kevin is all bullshit. He treated his father like shit. He was nice to Uncle Mitchell because he was doing everything Kevin asked him to do. I believe that Kevin was indirectly responsbile for Uncle Mitchell going to prison.

Lew DePayne cut a deal with the feds.....

Kimberley, aka Confucy was either employed by DePayne or hired after the fact by DePayne to play evidence gatherer to help with DePayne's effort to help keep the feds off his back....

Mitnick fell into the trap and conversed at length with Kimberly....

At some point, Kevin found out that Confucy worked for DePayne, smelled a rat... Investigated, and found a rat....

He was on probation at that point and had to keep low profile....

After he got off probation he let loose with exactly how he felt about Kimberly/Confucy/et al....

And tonight we are getting to see the current climax to it all...

I'm seeing it that Confucy formed what she thought was a "relationship" with Mitnick. He didn't see it that way and when he got out of prison, blew her off. She contacted Lew and went to work finding out crap about Mitnick for him. Mitnick found out and started paying Confucy back with information HE was able to get. Confucy went ballistic and wrote a spurned middle schooler letter to the FCC and continues to attack Mitnick and harass his family morning, noon and night. :(

There are obviously emotional issues on Confucy's end and none anywhere else. Hell hath no fury......

This got me into a lot of hot water with the prison officials, and landed me in solitary confinement. Afterwards, I told you that you could not go to the media in the future with information from our conversations. There were other times, too, and I warned you that if you ever did this again, I would never speak to you. Remember, you started crying and pleading with me not to do this. You promised it would never happen again. Then you went to Kevin Poulsen and gave an interview announcing that I was scrambling to renew my FCC license. They called it into question based on this article, and I had to spend $20K defending myself in this action. Their supposed reason for coming after my license was my 1995 conviction. However, Lewis was convicted of the the same charges, and yet his license was not ever questioned. During the entire time I was a fugitive, I worked regular jobs under aliases I created from dead people's social security numbers. I never stole credit cards, not was I charged or convicted of this. This is another one of your libelous statements that will come up later. You said I ran because I was afraid of solitary confinement, you are correct. I had just spent almost nine months straight in solitary confinement, based on a fictional account by the prosecutor to the judge, that said I could launch nuclear missiles by whistling into a telephone. What's your longitude and latitude in Marina Del Rey?

The bottom line, is that you are so pissed off because I won't have anything to do with you, and this your revenge. You follow any story about me, write reporters defaming me, posting comments that are full of lies and hate, and harass my family and friends. I would take the advice of many on this board, and get over it. There will never be a time, when you will ever receive any good will from me.

You have left me no alternative, but to seek legal action to stop you from this continued harassment and stalking of me. No one came to your defense here, Jackie. I think those actions (or non-actions) speak louder than words.

As far as the multiple identities, everything I have said is the truth. If you don't believe me, check the birth records and call Indiana University. You will not find a Kimberly Tracey, only Jacqueline Barley/Lacey. She is nothing but a fraud. Remember when you used to three-way in your computer friend, David, who lived in your building? No one is buying it.

I have avoided this thread for a long time, but when it got so big - curoisity got the best of me. It was like reading a book - wish I had waited for the movie. I don't find it actually very amusing. (but then Confucy has never attacked me). There has been so much sadness in the community lately, with depression, death and serious accidents; I guess now we have to add obbsession. Obsession with Minnick, and obsession with bringing down Confucy. This has provided Oprano with a lot of page views, but other than that - I just see a lot of venting and nothing much constructive. I find the whole thing very sad and a waste of valuable time, in a time when we need to be concentrating on the serious business problems that concern each and every one of us. Hate and intense anger ... destroys. But then, I guess chatboards allow a lot of release of that anger - so maybe some of this thread has been therapy......

After talking with Kevin and Darci yesterday its ecome apparent that thiis woman is hell bent on some kind of vendetta.
And no Im not socially engineered.

If you want the truth I sugest as many of you ahve that he showed up and provided evidence to back up what he said.

She cant even produce all of this email that people have sent her about me and the rest of the crew. Its cuz there isnt any.

Just happened to get ahold of this thread through a post on GFY and ill have to say its one of the best ive read in a while. Very interesting story that lets in on to a bit of the inside life of Kevin Mitnick, his troubles and whats happening with him these days. I just read the entire post and from what I gather, Confucy has made alot of statements that conflict with each other. She has also made some claims and small threats that could hurt her if these logs were introduced as evidence in a court case. It definately sounds like you both have your cards laid out on the table, and some valid points made. Now its time to call it and see who folds and who suceeds..

Anyways enough about you, lets talk about me, I got my nickname in Da Nang for being the first army ranger in history to shoot down the helcopter I was riding in and hitting another chopper on the ground about to take off. I fell out of the door during takeoff and grabbed the handles of the .50 browning turning the gun 180 degrees in the door and fell out, that wasnt bad, however pulling myself up into the doorway caused my webbing to get caught on the firing lever. The rest is history (how many people do you know that got a purple heart, a medal of honor from the North Vietnamese Army for being a ace (shooting down two american choppers) and a less than honorable discharge on the same mission? My friends say I am afraid of women, (what a joke, I am only afraid of helocopters and pungi sticks) And that little cumdumpster called me potty mouthed? Isnt that libel?
