Serge, KK is on a trip. Mitnick is in Europe. And I'm off to Texas w/o a computer. That will take care of the situation.

I'll try to hit a Kinko's so I can take a look at your Italy pictures.

confucy,
in recognition of your contributions to the otherwise very boring Oprano's life,
I'd like to send you the AUTOGRAPHED Italian pic of your choice,
and that includes LL's boobs, of course
;-)

Serge, I have the perfect place above my desk!

Regarding your question about the PayPal case, about the only thing I know is that the case was settled. The parties involved have been very quiet. It's probably one of the cases where all parties are sworn to secrecy. But isn't it strange that PayPal left the adult business right before the settlement, or was it right after the settlement? Makes you wonder! Here is the case number in case Susanne has access to online legal research sites. LPPI v PayPal, Case #CV802354, Superior Court, County of Santa Clara. PayPal made lots of money using a billing program they stole from LPPI. I was very glad to see that LPPI sued them. Attorneys don't want to take cases on a contingency basis when they are up against a large company like PayPal who has the funds to stretch the case out for years.

I don't like or trust PayPal, but I use them. I was sorry to see them pull out of the adult business.

LL doesw NOT have access to ANY legal info,
working on her boobs takes ALL her time,
and I am VERY proud of myself for taking one lawyer out of circulation...I wish I could take em all,
but I don't see how I can do it without moving to Utah or Saudi Arabia!...
and Holland to take care of men too!
;-))))

I don't know who is sworn to the secrecy,
nobody swore me!
;-)))

...and one day of my chosing,
I may decide to whisper in Brad's ear so he could run his big mouth
