Gonzo, I am not retracting my statement, or apologizing. Later in the same thread that I was quoted from, I told Gary to drop me an e-mail and I will go over all the bad things that Python is doing. He never e-mailed me, and then he threatens to sue.

I am not the type of person to be bullied - especially with attorneys. I spent 3 years in law school and have a healthy respect for the law. People who abuse the legal system over petty issues, or try to bully people with attorneys is my number 1 pet peeve.

I have always spoken my mind, it is somewhat of a curse - but it is how I was raised. I am thankful that I am in a posistion now in my life that I do not rely upon other people for my business, so I don't have to play the kiss ass game that a lot of people in this industry do.

I will continue to call them the way I see them.....

What is happening with Evan/Xpays' lawsuit? It was big news in June when Microsoft announced they were suing several companies, including Xpays for spamming.

The thing about Gary is that everyone has known he has been fighting his drug habit. I have read many posts about his problems. Then, after all these years of this info appearing all over the internet, Gary is suddenly very upset because of a *meth* comment. How are we to know that he is clean? Why is he so sensitive now?
