Passed as a "shall issue"....

Need to take 8 hours of firearms training...permit issued through the sheriffs office... Instant background check.....

and you may now carry a weapon concealed in a vehicle without a permit....

Big jump from absolutely no concealed carry.......

Big to do about it though because the legislature overrode the electorate.... In the election it was defeated... House introduced it again , passed it, senate passed it... Governor vetoed it, they overrode the veto...

Only state I'd ever heard of where a local cop could bust a state cop for having a concealed weapon in his vehicle on his way home from work -- in uniform! :o

Nopers....when we came back in, it was on a two way trade thingie.....


Missouri came into the US and Mexico got Cali.... with options on Texas.... and the Apaches got to open Casinos across the Arizona Desert....


So for right now, its even steven......
