The size increase in linemen over the past 20 years is amazing.

I remember when William Refrigerator Perry was a big deal with the Bears teams of the mid-80's because he was a 300 pounder. At his playing weight from his prime, he would now be consider smallish.

And it's not just bulk, these guys are strong as an ox and the best ones can run the 40 in 4.7-4.8.
