As of now, ACTG is at $3.07 up 37%.. anyone have anything they want to share with the rest of us? :)

Correction..

Now it's trading at 3.60 up 62.16%

And the volume is through the roof. I wonder if it's just day traders having fun with momentum or if there's some news?

It's the number 1 Advanced stock on the Nasdaq for today.. (so far)

It's definitely a volitle stock.. It could easily fall like a rock. :)

Didn't he say something about getting into the Patent Litigation business? I think he may have posted that someplace in the last 2 months or so.

Maybe ACACIA has a big new shareholder... <shrug>
