I swear the next time I take a 'coffee break' to check the boards out I'm going to miss out the coffee just to try and keep up...

none, but I was 3 times in and out of the PHK, KGT and HIX

if I had to rely on the board posts nowadays,
I'd be 30 pounds lighter
