Nice work Vick. :okthumb: I was screwing around with a stupid golf site in 1997 for 6 months before I switched to adult. Wish I would have dove in earlier to paysites other than wasting years building free sites and working for someone else.

The more I think about it, I'm almost rooting for Acacia and Visa/Mastercard to crack down even more
The industry needs to be cleaned up

I look at show pics (and know why I don't miss attending for the most part) and read posts from what I'll refer to as the new guard, these people really aren't business people. For the most part a bunch of loud mouths and ass clowns with nothing (including brains) to back themselves up

I'm getting more involved with a brick and mortar business I'm a partner in. Probably won't totally leave the adult on line entertainment business as the revenue stream is hard to walk away from

Still enjoy interaction with the old guard in the business or at least those with some sense

But these GFY/TGP kids, snorting dope in public, ugly girls pissing in cups and all over the floor .... I can do without

Not sure about Vegas in January - looking at spending some time in Florida during December and taking my son to Disney World to see it all done up for the Holidays ... but there is a new Cirque show in Vegas

Vick, you have accomplished a hell of a lot in a few years. Yeah, there are a lot of idiots at the shows but I still meet a lot of people that are serious about doing business as well. If you go to the right parties like *cough*PHB*cough* there is very little chance of encountering an idiot and a good chance of making solid contacts. :)

Vick, gotta agree with you on this one.

I have been thinking about it, and I think the downturn in the little bit of class the webmasters did have, came right after the first Player's Ball. Everyone running around, pretending to be "pimps" and "playa's". Iowa farmboys with a PC and a free site talking like a guy from the 'hood. Saying shit like "bling-bling" and "fizzle me whateverizzle" :angry:

But then again, a lot of that was propagated by the "old guard" and their boyz.

One of the reasons I have never been to a Players Ball, even with V-V-VIP tickets is seeing white boys act like that makes me nauseous! I could see if it was just once a year for a party, but 90% of the assholes carry on like that all year!

Isn't being an over-weight white guy, with a small penis and a beer drinking problem cool enough? :hic:
