So, running a home based business is illegal ??

Or is this a matter where the house is being used for nothing but business...ie: noone actually living there ? Therefore violating zoning etc.... (commercial application to a residential property)..

Because if just running a business from home is illegal than there are a lot of folk that will be in trouble.....

its a zoneing issue

as most home based buiness are never reported and go virually undetected there are no issuses
