Not Just the Music Pulls Crowds at 'Lustonbury'
LONDON (Reuters) - No wonder this year's Glastonbury Festival was billed the best ever -- almost 25,000 people said they had sex while also enjoying the music at Britain's biggest open-air music event.
A frisky 22 percent of the 112,000-strong crowd had sex during the three-day festival, a survey by music magazine NME showed this week.
Friday was the favorite day for a romp at the sprawling Somerset dairy farm, where the festival was staged last month, with 56 percent saying they had indulged.
Saturday was markedly less lusty, with just six percent getting saucy, followed by 13 percent on Sunday.
Glastonbury also lived up to its druggie reputation -- 65,000 who took part in NME's online survey said they took drugs, with alcohol the favorite choice, followed by dope.
The magazine said 71,000 festival-goers saw others naked at the site
