UNITED States families wary of travelling to European countries because of anti-American sentiment will be wooed to Australia in a "Kids Fly, Stay and Play Free" campaign.

The Australian Tourist Commission (ATC), United Airlines and United Vacations, will next week launch their first-ever family holiday package ensuring children aged 11 and under will be given free flights, accommodation and activities when accompanied by a paying adult.

its so they can justify the tax payer dollars that are being spent on this campaign to boost our tourism industry. :okthumb:

yes, american's are visiting europe less ... but everyone is travelling everywhere less, they just don't have to say that in a newspaper article :awinky:

part of the campaign the tourist minister presented includes $700 flights from usa to oz
