a homicide bomber (palistinian) blows up a bus with innocent women and children on it
Israel responds with a rocket attack that kills a top Hammas leader BUT in the car with him are his wife and Children and all are killed
are not the 2 the same?
I have Israeli and Palistinian friends here and we have been debating this for the last 24 hours since it happened. Its amazing how they can live together here in peace but there in war.
What do you guys think.

LOL. You are optimistic Serge :)
Forest: Regardless of the fact that the killing of the family was a sad mistake and a result of a poor inteligence in this case, the target was still a terrorist.
If you can't answer yourself when someone is a terrorist you only need to ask yourself. If you have the brains (which you do) you will be able to come to a conclusion on your own. Think it over, toss the idea back and forth, think of reasons, effects, intents, outcome, purpose etc... You will see its not hard seperating bad from terror.

When the entity you are referring to is opposed to you they are a terrorist.
When they are on your side they are a freedom fighter.

Israel has gloves on otherwise the sorting mechanism might move along a little faster.
