I bet we only know about the tip of the iceberg, I bet there are plenty of foreign content producers who don't even know what you are doing with their content yet.

Like I said yesterday, if you are stupid enough to buy from a character like Erik Sobegirl then you deserve to have your servers confiscated for distributing pirated content.

As always, if something seems too good to be true thats because it is....

The prices Erik is selling at are simply not realistic and he wouldn't be able to sell at those prices if he wasn't selling stolen content. If you have purchased content from Erik in the past then I strongly advise to delete his content from your server and ask for your money back ASAP!!

This is Erik's defense on GFY regarding one of the many content producers he ripped off:

Joe sold the content to SoBeGirl. There is no "resale agreement to be produced because Joe never gave me one." He sold the content to SoBeGirl and what does SoBeGirl do? SoBeGirl sells content. He knows this so the resale rights are implied and were verbal.


Erik admits that he has NO rights to sell the content he offers for sale.

His justification is that when someone sells him content he automatically has the right to resell it because the person selling him content should have known that Erik is a content broker.

POTENTIAL SOBEGIRL CUSTOMERS: you might as well download your content from usenet, spanno style, because this will give you the equivalent rights as buying from Sobegirl but it will save you lot's of money.

The guy he jacked is being way to nice, I would have had a TRO last week from a judge, and I would be going after everyone who bought the content..... that way they would have to go after erik as well.

Mike my main concern is covering the people that did buy the shit from him. I wanna make sure they dont think Im trying to make them pay me or take their scenes down. If I were a webmaster, id buy 200 scenes for $1000 everyday,
I will take him to court as he fucked himself with the little contract he sent me. He knows dam well we had an agreement. I need to know if I have enough ammunition to win in court.
On the plus side my lawyer did respond today saying from this day on, if he sells my stuff for less than $40, he faces penalties as he sent me signed contract agreeing to pay me money to resell my content, but never paid me.

If Erik does this with American content producers, imagine how he fucks over on foreign content producers. I bet he doesn't even have model releases or proof of age for his Hungarian models.

If you put up Sobegirl content you are not only putting up stolen content, you may also be putting up pictures of underage girls, Erik certainly can't proof otherwise because he has no paper work for his content.
