I think everyplace has hot girls....

However, the South in general tends to have the hottest in my opinion. When I went to college, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi at Southern Miss - I was shocked at all the hotties on campus.... Of course many of these girls were not the brightest, and possibly could be inbred... but they were hot.

Florida girls are hot as well, one reason I am here in Tampa...

Thing is Cali has a LOT of hot girls naturally, and LA tends to attract everyone from the US who wants to be a model, actress, or whatever.... So Cali is a great place for hot girls....

So to sum it up, hot babes everywhere, especially in South, Florida and then in Cali....

i think it has to do with the weather ... girls always look more attractive in places where the sun is shining and they are wearing less clothes ... for a woman to look attractive in winter woolies she has to be a genuine hottie ... but an average girl in short shorts & a bikini looks hotter than an average girl in a sweater & beanie

I really like dark haired ladies with dark eyes, and I saw many of such cuties when I was in Turkey (at least the ones that showed themselves..) and recently also in Romania..
