Communications, Inc. for pay periods before 03/30/2003 OR if you have
a check that has been returned from Bank Of America please fax a
check copy to 909.683.6589 or return the check via mail immediately
and we will reissue you a check on our WELLS FARGO account the
same day.

All payout checks drawn on the WELLS FARGO account for payout
periods after 3/30/2003 are ok and you will have no problems.

i can't believe a bank can do that ....

with all the anti discrimination laws in place, how is it possible for something like this to still happen?! Obviously the bank isn't answering to any higher authority.

total bullshit!!

banks are the biggest fucking thieves around, and they are judging our industry?!?!?

So.....If I buy an adult PPV movie, they can cancel my checking or credit card account? If I buy a Hustler? If I pay for drinks at a strip bar? If I buy a porn movie at the hotel? :zoinks:

Even if they canceled the account, they should at least let the outstanding checks process.

I just got my notice from Silvercash, and emailed Jess back with a "WTF?" message.

Closing those accounts has got to be a decision that was made at the branch level. I simply cannot believe that BofA, which is probably the biggest bank in California, isn't serving adult companies all over Porn Valley. What a crock of shit.

The business Silvercash is in is legal in this state... so did that BofA make their decision based on someone's personal morality? Would that same person or persons close the accounts of an entity like, say, an office of Planned Parenthood or one of the Indian casinos if they had a moral issue with birth control, abortion or gambling?

I'm assuming Mike will have lawyers all over BofA, and I hope they slam the righteous bastards into the ground.
