Like Whoa, Inc today announced that Stan Bulygo has decided to step down as President and CFO effective immediately. Bulygo notified CEO Nick Tukhman and the Board of Directors of his decision last week. Like Whoa's operations were affected throughout the week as a result of corporate issues and management concerns. The future of the company remains strong and we are actively working to once again restore all operations to normal. We expect a rapid recovery as our ongoing obligations and releases for products are awaiting launches.

At this time per an agreement with Stan Bulygo, Nick Tukhman will purchase the outstanding shares of the company and continue to manage the company effective immediately.

In informing the company, Mr. Bulygo said: Like Whoa has been a large part of my life, and it has taught me a lot. My vision for the company remains strong and I see great number of products that are set to launch over the next few months. I see many opportunities in adult and other industries that I have decided to pursue. Nonetheless, I plan to continue doing business with Like Whoa as a customer, utilizing great resources the company retains that can influence my future endeavors. I feel that Nick Tukhman's leadership will fulfill the vision we both set out to do years ago. I'd like to thank all of customers and partners that conducted business with me during the course of my tenure as an executive of the company".

Our offices hours remain 10AM-6PM EDT reachable via 718-421-7835 or toll-free 866.whoa.now. If you are a Like Whoa client, partner, and/or affiliate you may direct your concerns and questions to the following people:

Interesting.... a lot of changes going on in the industry.

I like both Stan and Nick, but they were both too immature and not professional enough for me to do business with them....

Maybe they will grow up soon....

Had to bump this, since there seams to be news in this subject:

"LikeWhoa locked out of their datacenter"

http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.p...threadid=139859 (http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=139859)

I know a few sites, which are still at LikeWhoa, and they are online, however LikeWhoa´s own sites are down/gone?

http://www.likewhoa.com/
http://www.sexcounter.com/
http://www.allliquid.com/
etc.

I wonder what kind of impact this will have on companies using their hosting, and/or their sponsor programs.

my experience has been that when good people leave... there is usually more to the story than what is "announced"

I think ISPrime will get alot of that hosting business (thought I should mention them, since they are sponsors on Oprano, and have a datacenter close by LikeWhoa :) )

But they do also have some other things, which the vultures (pardon me I mean business men :D ) will find interesting.
