The "Mirage Pure Gold" strip club, located in a small Minnesota town, was ordered to follow a local ordinance against nudity. The club promptly required all their girls to wear scantily clad outfits and opened the club to all ages.

Dunno. Some 16 year olds were admitted. Dunno about 13.
