movie to watch what would it be?

This crossed my mind (short trip) last night

For me in no uncertain terms if I could only have 1 move it watch it would be .......

Casablanca

For many reasons it;s the ultimate movie, the acting is superb, it's funny, it's a love story (on many levels, not just mushy), it's an action movie, it's about liberation and has some of the most classic cinematic dialog ever
But NEVER in the movie Casablanca does anyone (including Richard Blaine played by Humphrey Bogart) say "Play it again Sam"

Blaine says "You played it for her, you can play it for me"

I could live to be 80 and never be as smooth as Humphrey Bogart, if you think Bogart isn't smooth check out "Sabrina" with Audrey Hepburn

so your one movie if you were stuck would be ..... ?

Blazing Saddles :)

BTW Casablanca had scripts written daily.

Cast Away (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0162222)

Imagine the irony of sitting and watching that every night while being stranded on an island. Guaranteed to speed up the descent into insanity tenfold.

If we can have the educational DVD on how to build a boat, then I would take that. Other then that, Unforgiven is also a very good movie. But I think I might just go for the Simpson’s box set.

I haven’t seen Simpson’s in y ear now :(

I'd watch the
"History of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union" and commit suicide by around 1937
;-)))

Vick,
reservations are made for April 26, 9:30 pm

Debby does Dallas

Or am I stuck on the island with a woman, and not alone? In that case "Twins", I need some good laughs.

To ponder about war, I choose "Schindler's list". And for tension, I choose "Seven".

Greetings,

Art

I can't choose between those classics "How to Build a Raft" and "Behind the Green Door"... watching Castaway though I'd definately want the VHS and not DVD version...lol...

As for you choice Vick, might want to rethink it. You wouldn't need to have Casablanca, tell me you can't play it through your head from start to finish!

...Thought of the day...
Trouble with adult net is there are too many Guillermo Ugarte's who think they are Rick Blaines... <_<

Nick - Everybody Comes to Rick's :D

Serge - I would wagered (the traditional .50) your movie choice would have been "The Godfather"
9:30 will be good

Like the how to build a boat movies

XXXPhoto - you have a good point but I still never can see Casablanmca enough
Your thought of the day is hilarious and sad but true and impressive as you knew Ugarte's first name

The Princess Bride is a classic too

Torone - you mean porno? Don't you ever get enough? :P

Ok... hmmm.. I would have to say I would choose The Shawshank Redemption Absolutely LOVE that movie. Close second would be Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. :okthumb:

Though the best thing would be to have all seven seasons of Deep Space Nine to watch. :rokk:
