I am not sure how much faith I would put in the IMF.... they have done a lot more wrong then right in the past.

Any recomendations on bonds Serge?

I personally by bank CD's with FDIC insurance,
I am too old to take risks and love sure shots,
they are paying better than US Government bonds with the only one draw back:
$100,000 purchse at the time from any particular bank for FDIC insurance sake
