There are a few Spanish sponsors with CC's and dialers,
the majority of your list is gonna be South/Central America and Mexico though so dialer rates/connections are shite.

Have you got IP's?
If you could split your Spain *the country* and non Spain emails,
then you could target it better, and get better rates.

I've found that Mexicans only get their cc's out for big penis sponsors,
not porn sites, so maybe give that a try.

i am looking at dialers and sexmoney has a direct debit system they offer
