Some fool has DoS'd down the Al Jazeera website so bad they lost their ISP!

Actually I would think that people would want to know what was really going on over there from all perspectives. Of course that's just me.

I would have to agree with you on that one.

While that network does seem to show bias to Iraq and Anti Israel quite a bit of the time, I do feel more news is better then less news.

It has nothing to do with free speech, it's called war. We started last
night taking out their communication channels the web site was one
of them. We have also begun jamming Al Jazeera signal in Baghdad
with a message from us.

Not true according to CNN...

The Al Jazeera website was 'hacked' and the index.html replaced with a map of the USA stamped with a flag and the text "Support our Troops" or some such....

CNN says the 'hacker' is being looked into by the FBI....
