The first time I had one of those I couldn't figure out wtf was happening.
By the time it got really painful I had already made the decision that it
was too late to call 911 and was thinking I better run to the hospital.
The next thing that happen is I passed it...whew!

It's weird how one second you think you are going to die then a second
after you pass it you go from critical - great in less than a minute.
