Note : the links were taken down, and payment has not arrived.

Re the exit consoles, Lensmans program (per click program) attempted to cut my payment for allegedly breaking the rules -- however, via e-mail we discussed that i have sent traffic from the last console program (exit consoles) over a long period of time to the program/s in question -- i stated that if they "now had a problem, they should have contacted me within a reasonable amount of time, not weeks/months after the fact responding only to my missing check enquiries. Lensman replied with the below e-mail (previous post) acknowledgeing our understanding. He expressed he wanted to dis-continue my exit console links (which i did), and promised "Josh would make sure I was paid (note : payment hasn't arrived, approx 2.5 months later)

DEBT RECOVERY

When payment is due or promised in this industry; in most cases a 2 week waiting period is sufficient. If you have not received payment within this time, you must contact the person or company. If they do not offer a reasonable explanation and in a reasonable amount of time, you most likely have a problem. Be dilligent with your follow up process and allow for reasonable response times which will give you the best chance of collecting the money. If you leave it too long, often the "persons memory conveniently fades and they begin to blame hate or criticise you or your company, regardless of the factual evidence. This is their mental fuel to avoid payment and their moral obligation. People do this more so in this industry because re-course is difficult due to geographic circumstances.

Some people would rather keep debt recovery in-house, which may mean accepting the loss. This way they dont hang out their dirty laundry in public, which is good business practise. Sayings apply such as : "look at the big picture" and "dont sweat the small stuff". However, if you want a result, you have to do something about it. My experience has been that when all communication efforts have been exhausted, message boards are the next most effective way to recover your money.

Note : I've contacted Lensman and Hoax notifieing them of the Netpond posts. Their e-mail responses to the missing check queries are taking far too long to reply; they've been vague and drawn out. Perhaps they prefer to deal publicly.

dailydirt, if someone has a problem with me, let THEM post. We don't deal with third parties.

Rob Mac majorly broke our rules, but we're taking care of him, as I said in your quote.

"Adult.com in trouble?" because some guy who majorly broke our rules is having a hard time getting a couple of hundred bucks? Your topic is more than misleading, it's slander, be happy if the only thing we do is ban you.

We had been given the runaround for 6 months, after that time they said we cheated. We kept our links up the entire time, with good conversion.

However, after they accused us of cheating, he said we did not have any signups and we're not getting paid. Did we cheat? No! We opened up a gallery in a new window, from there we linked to AP, MANY MANY sites use the exact same way, but we can kiss our money good bye( :bwave: money).

Needless to say I am no big fan of his tactics, should have listened to Serge a year ago :headwall:

ps. We're also waiting for our EraserCash checks for over 18 months now, Mike said I should get it soon .... 6 months ago.
