You might want to add some width and height attributes to the graphics as the page jumps up and down when it loads... I'm on ADSL and it took nearly 51 seconds to load, have you tried it on a dial-up?

on the index1.php page some of the thumbs under heading 'Tonya's pics' are different aspects/sizes. looks strange.
