I'm rather pessimistic about this. The campaign finance reform law is an even worse violation of the 1st Amendment; and the Supreme hasn't yet ruled on it after how many months.

any communication for commercial purposes that includes sexual material that is harmful to minors, without restricting access to such material by minors." The maximum penalty is a $50,000 fine, six months in prison and additional civil fines

I know if I host my site in the US then I have to abide by state laws... but how can this affect me when I host my adult sites from the Netherlands? I also follow the industry standard of registering my sites with the IRCA is this enough?

In fact, said Thomas, "If a publisher wishes for its material to be judged only by the standards of particular communities, then it need only take the simple step of utilizing a medium that enables it to target the release of its material into those communities."

Do I have to restrict access to my sites from the US to make sure I don't infringe on any community standards?
