I'm rather pessimistic about this. The campaign finance reform law is an even worse violation of the 1st Amendment; and the Supreme hasn't yet ruled on it after how many months.

I know if I host my site in the US then I have to abide by state laws... but how can this affect me when I host my adult sites from the Netherlands? I also follow the industry standard of registering my sites with the IRCA is this enough?

Do I have to restrict access to my sites from the US to make sure I don't infringe on any community standards?
