Hollywood 200K condo good buy?

Since I see that lots of people are from Florida what do you think?

200K for 1,200 SqFt condo in a high-rise. Between A1a (or something) and Ocean Side in Hollywood.

Good investment? Would you live there? How is the area?

A1A runs on the ocean side of the Intercoastal.

You're going to be an area of high rise condos, probably near the Westin. No shopping near by and traffic sucks, espcecially during the season.

Only good point is our studio is not to far away :rokk:

Unbeknownst to the AVN people throwing Internext, Hollywood is Ft. Lauderdale's ghetto.
Go a little north... Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton - much nicer spots.
